At The Chandi Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
